Kors shoe/clog sizing help, pls!

I want to get a pair of these Kors Wellesley clogs (they are WAY cheaper at Zappos than Shopbop, btw...) and am wondering if anyone can help me with Kors sizing. I am an 8.5 but I've noticed that often these styles run slightly bigger than heels - does anyone have any experience with this style/brand? I'm not sure whether to go for the 8 or the 9 - they don't come in half sizes. Thanks.
