Sorry - I have to buy for mostly girls so this probably won't help
mom - Brighton bracelet & necklace - but it is pretty & she likes it.
Dad - equipment for his tractor - boring, right?
Little sis - 17 yrs old - a piece of luggage to match what she bought while in Dallas for her Sr. trip & I made her a cool green & pink scarf
DH dad & stepmom - Whole Foods GC (it's new in BR), selection of wines & such
DH mom - an iphoto book from our recent trip - Apple makes them - they are really really great
Sis - subscription to Marie Claire & I'm knitting her an ugly hat, but she likes it
Bro-in-law - this tee - he is a hunter & he bought my sis fake boobs - I think it's hysterical & she's gonna be so mad.
Niece - one a tee & a hoodie that says DIVA across the front & has a big furry leopard collar & I am knitting her a poncho for her American Doll & princess diaries
Other Niece (laken) - tee that said "i didn't do it" & a hoodie to wear over it & a dora movie

Who do you have to probe around here to get a Chardonnay? - Roger the Alien from American Dad
Twin sister- Black leather shoulder bag since she liked mine so much.
3 year old niece- Pink tutu with matching butterfly wand.
Mom- Lovely argyle zip cardi in pink, purple, muave shades. Still need to find a shirt to go with it since she is not good with matching! She loves the clothes I get for her though.
Boyfriend- Fancy wood picture frame for his office. That is all so far for him. Also will have to add Levi jeans, wool socks, AE shirts and sweaters, and a photo printer for our digital cameras.
My two brothers 19, 22- Definintly not spending much here! They are lazy and still live with Mommy and Daddy! So probably something funny from Spencer's.
Dad- This is one I have no clue. Lately he is into thrills (recent purchases include an ATV and motorcyle). So maybe some accessory to go with?

Aw, come on... that's not so bad. I'm 20 and my sister is 23. We both (and her 3-year old son) still live with Mommy and Daddy. Dependent? Maybe a little. Lazy? I don't really think so . Spencer's gifts are fun, though.
I'm still working on my list. So far it's:
Mom- no clue
Dad- Red Sox DVD (all the Series and ring ceremony from when they won. He lost his copy) and Red Sox floor mats for his new truck. We're thinking about a CD player for his truck for when he's plowing, but he says he doesn't want one. He only wants a specific kind that's designed for his truck (GMC Serria) that costs a heck of a lot more than we can afford.
Sister- she wants a punching bag. I saw this really cute one on HGTV (some gift show) that I'm still trying to track down. I was going to get her a Demeter spray and a cople of other goodies, but this is better.
Nephew- we just got him some race track car set thing... my bf said he would like it, so I'm sure he will. I'm not good with little boy's toys.
Bf's mom- she wants a headset for work. She works at a bank, and I guess she's on the phone a lot. I'd rather give her something indulgent, but this is what she wants, so this is what she'll get.
Bf's dad- a "real" poker set... with clay chips and all the bells and whistles. He's recently gotten into playing Texas hold'em with his friends (they have a $10 a night limit ).
Bf's brother- winter coat. He lost his last year (well, actually he left it in the back of a police car when his brother covered for him and pretended to be their dad over the phone) and never got a new one. He's borrowing one of my bf's coats, but I'm sure he'll like this one better.
Bf's sister and BIL- a Date Night. They have a 5-month old son, and haven't been out alone since he's been born. We're giving them a restaurant gc and movie passes and baby-sitting for the night. We're designating a night for them to go, or else they won't take us up on it.
Bf's nephew- Leapfrog Learning Drum. My nephew loved his when he was a baby, plus he's getting into the toys that make noises when you push them and banging on things. How perfect!
My aunts and uncles- I got fleece throws at Ikea for $3 each and I'm going to either embroider or iron transfer monograms onto them. Haven't worked out the details yet...
For my 17 year old sister... A stuffed dog, which she will love cause she's a nerd like me. Her Space Holiday CD, which I will then upload to my computer.
My mom... I get her VS pajamas every year. She likes the softness or something. Hopefully she'll wear them less provocatively.
I'll get my dad some kind of book or something. He doesn't like things really.
I have one idea that I used a couple years ago for friends and extended family. I made New Years baskets. I put a bottle of champagne, two neat looking champagne glasses, party favors, two "Happy New Years" hats, a can of black-eye-pease (for good luck) and then something personal (cigars for the boys, alarm clock for older friends that won't stay up late) and advil! They were a hit and fun to put together!
Canon SD450 camera (personally I think he just wants it because of the commercial with the tennis girl).
Wine decanter
Shiitake mushroom log
and various other little things (books etc)
For my Aunt and Uncle who are extremly hard to buy for: A Canon photo printer for their camera so they can print their pictures at home without having to understand too much on the computer (they just started using a digital camera and are getting frustrated with it already so I hope this helps)!
For my bestfriend (an artist at heart): I thought this would be great for when she feels the urge to paint. I'm still trying to find some more gifts for her!
I probably won't be that much help because I'm on a very limited budget this year but here goes:
Mom - subscription to Bon Appetit (she loves the Food Network)
Dad - cd he wants & a guitar stand so he can keep his guitary out and not have to put it away everytime he's done playing it
The Boy - Bday: tickets to Rockets vs. Cavaliers (cheap seats) & stay in hotel (he loves LeBron James) Xmas: hall table he wants for his place, weird head thing from Pier 1 he was gushing over, Anthony Logistics travel set, and various small things to put in his stocking including an alarm clock to keep at my house for his side of the bed (aww!), some boxers, some mags he really likes, some silly high school football mag he wants, a mint scrub that he's stolen from my house, maybe a pic of me - silly but he's been complaining he doesn't have one - and ta da! a key to my apartment!
BFF & her new hubbie - donation to local area food bank in their name and a batch of these awesome cupcake my mom and I made for her wedding shower (she took them home to DH and they fought over who got to eat them) and a pretty recipe card with the recipe on it, tied to the basket of cupcakes
Various other friends - donation to local area food bank + either homemade soaps, cookies, homemade tees, or etched glasses (found a steal on wine glasses at Pier 1 and stocked up)
Other BFF - bday: pirated copy of Golden Girls, Season 2 (she doesn't care and I can't afford to actually purchase); Xmas: beater from ON with screen of Rose's face on it and the words "I'm a Rose" underneath it (all Golden Girls theme because we GG!)
Everyone's gifts are great, but halah - those gifts are so unique & cool - i wish you were buying me a present! I love that mushroom tree & that art set is so cool

Mom: Legally Blonde DVD, Sex in the City 6 Part 2, GC to St. Louis Bread Co. (Panera)
Sis (my secret santa; we have 4 kids in the fam and do ss every year): Toaster oven (she wanted it), Green Day live DVD, Coca-cola vintage tee (she's obsessed w/ Coke)
Fiance: Red silk Ken Cole tie, leather gloves, maybe ronco knives (he wants those), stocking stuffers: puzzle, beaches calendar
Dad: Definitely a joke present. Like Cortney1982's dad, he rides a motorcycle, maybe something cycle-ish? I know nothing about motorcycles, so not sure yet.
