I feel kind of lame sharing these because most of my friends thought I was a huge dork for having professional photos taken of my dog . But she's so cute and I love her so much and I couldn't help myself. We were at Petco, she had just been groomed, and the photographer had an opening so....here's Gabby!
She's so precious! I would totally get professional pics taken if I had a dog. I keep telling my mom that she should try to get her dog into doggie modelling b/c she poses so well for pics!
OMG, she is so insanely cute (and holy cow, how well-behaved, especially for a puppy! Mine would never sit still that long!). How old is she now? And what breed?
Thanks! It was actually pretty hard to get her to sit for the pictures. Basically we were holding her down and then we had to move as soon as the photographer had her attention. She really is pretty spastic.
Now she's almost 5 months old but these pictures were taken about a month ago. It's amazing how much she's grown, even since these were taken. She's half pit bull and half lab. Her fur is starting to get really long and wavy, like a lab, which is adorable but also a huge pain because she's shedding like crazy. I can't wait to see how big she's going to be, right now she's about 33 pounds.

She is seriously adorable! So is she a rescue/humane society dog? I think it is great that you guys adopted a pitt mix. Many people don't want to adopt dogs with any pitt mixture, b/c they get such horrible coverage in the media, but they can be such amazing dogs!

Yeah, she's a rescue dog. We went into Petco one day to buy food for our cockatiels and they were having an adoption event. She was the last of her litter and she was so cute and so sweet that we had to have her. I totally agree with you about pitts being misunderstood. Most people don't realize how loving and loyal they are when raised and socialized properly. Every time I talk to my mom she asks me if Gabby is getting mean yet!
ETA: She's actually golden retriever/pit, I wasn't thinking earlier when I said she was lab.
