i think that black knee high boots would be very hot with that dress. add some sparkle with jewelry and you are defintely ready for a cocktail party. im a little unsure of how this would look in rl but try a sparkly gold belt/scarf around your waist with gold earrings, hair up, and the black boots. i think gold would be better than silver, but try them both out.

i can't really picture the dress with anything but boots. have you played around in your closet with the dress and shoes yet? it's prolly gonna take some dress up time.

Hmm I think with the right accessories and with pumps you could use it for a cocktail dress. I'm not real good with jewelry but I can see silver or black going well with that dress.
