Has anyone tried it? I just bought it from sephora. I'm afraid to open it up and would've wasted $30.

I this stuff. It's defintely hardcore, but it's one of the only things that has worked to keep my skin somewhat clear (I have severe hormonal acne...I was prescribed Accutane but refuse to take it). I actually have kicked it up a notch since, using the 10% gel w/sulfur.

If it doesn't work for you, Sephora will take returns on opened and used products, as long as there's still at least half the bottle left.

I would suggest patience...it took me about a week to really notice a difference in my skin. Good luck!

I just started using this and so far I love it.   If you have sensitive skin, I recommend taking it a bit slow at first.  I started off using it too often (morning and night) and within two days it had totally dried out my skin.  I've built up a tolerance though and now I can use it twice daily without any problems and I've noticed a definite improvement in my skin.

Do you gals use any other products by PTR? The lady at sephora recommended the 2% hydroxy wash? I was also thinking about getting the spf moisturizer. Any suggestions?

Honestly, I HATED this PTR mositurizer. This is the regular Oil-free one...I don't know if the ones with SPF are better.

Oil-Free Moisturizer

I also tried the 10% Glycolic gel and I didn't like it nearly as much as I do the DDF 10% glycolic toner, plus this is kinda expensive at $45.

Glycolic Acid 10% Clarifying Gel

Haven't tried the face wash, though. HTH!
