My mom ordered a turkey fryer online and it was limited to one purchase per person.  So I got one and my mom got one.  Online it said that as long as you have the social security # and last 4 digits, then you can pick it up for someone else.  My mom got there, and they wouldn't let her get mine.  We live about 30 min away.  So finally I went yesterday.  The platter that came with the turkey broke.  The lady said, "Well it was free anyway..."  ?!  On top of that, the way the handled it, the box looked all cruddy and used.  Normally, I wouldn't care, but this was supposed to be a present for someone.  URGH
