oops computer help!

Somehow I have managed to accidently get my Windows Toolbar all along the right hand side of my screen, vertically, insted of horizontally along the bottom like it normally is. I don't know how I did it and I can't figure out how to fix it. help?

I do that a lot.  You should be able to click on it and drag it back over to the side.

I can move it left and right but I can't get it to shrink down. it's usually at the bottom of the screen.
