casual outfits for this BR blazer?

i finally hunted down this BR blazer on ebay (from last fall i think- there is a matching skirt but i haven't found it on ebay yet)


i want to wear it in a casual way, how do i make it less "office"? i've never owned a herringbone blazer before so i'm not sure what colors/shades of denim to put with it- (also, its not in my hands yet)
