that's beautiful... I think it would look fantastic with a thick, chunky sweater, or with a really trim, tailored jacket--possibly cropped, possibly military-style... something to counteract the delicacy of the skirt.

That skirt is beautiful!  I see it with a peacock colored dressy tank and some strappy champagne colored heels.
