This is a stupid question but I need to ask my fellow fashionisa's for help.
I love the way some girls can pull off lots of layers and look so "chic".
Where do you begin?
Layering for me is just putting on my tank and maybe a sweater over that. I am so not creative. I really want to incorporate this look into my wardrobe for fall.
I usually start with a tank/cami or l/s t and then build from there. Sometimes I'll add a dressy blouse or cami and then a blazer. Sometimes I'll put on button down shirt and then a shrunken cardi and then a blazer. It just depends. Like the other day, I wore a cami, then I put on a l/s striped button down oxford and then I put a 3/4 sleeve cropped cardigan with a deep scoop neck on top and buttoned the top few buttons. Then, I threw on a blazer to finish it off.
I think the key to layering is the layers thin and just play around with your wardrobe. You'd be surprised what works.
