Office Christmas Party Dress Help!

I'm planning on wearing this dress in BROWN to our firm's christmas party but I'm open to other suggestions.  We're a pretty casual firm so strapless dresses are definatley okay as long as its not too cleavage bearing or too short. 


Can anyone suggest an alternative?  I'm not looking for any particular cut or style and I'm pretty slim (115lbs) and fairly tall (5'7").  I'd just like some options to choose from...  Thanks ladies!

1. something different and/or


2. accessory ideas for the BR dress

I think the dress that you posted is really pretty. And I agree that some gold or bronze shoes would work. 


Do you have the dress already or do you have to buy it?

Thanks ladies for all the suggestions ladies!  I really like the options posted but I saw the dress irl yesterday and its beauuutiful! I dont own it already but with the coupon that Farrah posted (muchas lady!) it will be mine!!!


Another question for ya- - do you think it would look odd if I dont wear the ribbon with the dress?  I saw it yesterday and I wasnt feeling the ribbon (which is kind of stiff and doesnt lay flat) and to be honest, I never tie ribbons on correctly anyway.  However, I'd like to wear something on my waist so I would really appreciate some suggestions for a belt that would look nice.  I would buy the dress in brown...
