I think Lynnie has made a good point. I have suspected that some designers are playing with clients--seeing how far they can go and still sell the goods. These shoes hurt my eyes.

I'm not a fan.  I can almost see the look he was trying to achieve (quirky, kitchy) but I think he fell short and just ended up with too much going on.
