I deleted an e-mail I didn't want to read then I deleted it from my deleted folder. Is there any way to get it back and read it?  I should have know I'd want it back...

Once you've deleted it from your trash, I don't think it can be recovered.

Are you using Outlook?  If yes, then you may still be able to get it back.  If you go into your deleted folder, then click on Tools, then click on Recover Deleted Items, you should be able to get it back.
