Ditto. I think that there are too many studs on the first bag but I would love it if they were limited to the pockets and the strap.

#2.  But they're very different bags, so it depends on what you're looking for.  #1 would look really cute to toughen up some rather sweet looking outfits, but is probably a little busy for an every day bag.  #2 is a bit more all-purpose.
