I took a pair of Apple in-ear headphones back to the store tonight, since lately there have been problems with the volume. Anyways, the cord near where they plug into my iPod mini was a bit frayed, so I assumed that, even though they were still under warranty, that they wouldn't give me a new pair, but they did! I was really happy, plus the workers were all very helpful and courteous, which usually never happens when I am in there. I may have to take the new pair of headphones back, since I just tried them and the sound is a bit fuzzy and distant. You know that sound the radio makes when something happens to the station and they lose feedback, and it's a bit white noise-ish and fuzzy, that's what they new pair sounds like. If it doesn't clear up I may take them back.

Apple is fantastic. I really have to give the people that work there a lot of credit. They have to deal with a lot of craziness and they are always so polite and willing to help.
