Tina 242, if you're looking to build your collection, my advice is to do a little this year and then go the day after Christmas FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, to Target or some store like that.  I try to do that every year and I get the best deals.  I usually go overboard, but I have more decorations and better quality than if I were to have bought them in season.
