Clothes for going out in the cold

I'm in a fashion rut and desperately need cute new clothes to go out in. But it is getting chilly and it is always so hard for me to find cute going out clothes for the cold weather. Can you guys recommend some fun long-sleeved shirts that would be appropriate for wearing to bars/lounges or restaurants in the winter?

Alot of times when I go out in the winter, I wear a cute camisole or dressy sleeveless top and put a l/s shrug or cardi over top.  That way, I'm not cold when I'm outside, but if I get hot inside, I can take the cardi off.
