Hmmm...I like the shape and the toe cleavage doesn't bother me one bit. What kills me is that I don't like the look of the materials used...the buckle looks kinda plasticky.
I'd say return because the quality looks questionable to me. I have never met a pair of Nine West shoes that warrented a price tag of over $60. You have lots of shoes that are hotter and I think you can do better than those.

i agree on the buckle but the leather looks pretty good. i'm mostly worried about the extreme point- i feel like a lot of nine west pointies are really pointy like this. thats what i need reassurance the most on- are these witch shoes?
as for returning- i'm keeping my eyes peeled- but i've been wearing these around on my wood floor and now they're a little scuffed! i'm scared i couldn't return them even if i wanted to! i don't know yet, they're pretty comfy and its SO hard to find a black pair of pumps with some detailing that aren't expensive and are under 2" but not flat. maybe they're worth $60-70, but i'm ok with the price if they are cute. i cant believe they tried to charge $130!
I don't think they are too pointy at all! I like them a lot on you - and I dissent on the buckle. I think it has a sort of retro vibe. And I think they're sexy - you've got the legs for this type of shoe. I think they look hot, and I say keep 'em.

If the pointy-ness is your only concern, then I think you should keep them. My black pumps are pretty pointy too and I haven't had any problems with them.
