my only requirements are that the heels are no more than 2.5" and preferably not too uncomfy (if you know)

I need a sweater/cover up, jewelry, bag, and shoes.  Bag isn't crucial- will probably find a vintage clutch.

eta: i'd prefer closed toe shoes and ones that are pretty versatile.  also, what are your opinions on these?  i like that they are plain but not super plain.  i can't do plain plain.  i think they'd be great with another dress of mine- not sure if it would work with the above dress.

My first instinct would be to do something like this...

I can't find any more coverups I like (and I'm not really crazy about this one), but I think I'd go grey.

And I think the shoes you posted are great, but not right for this dress. The buckle, the thick straps, I don't know.

I love Maddie's look!  Lynnie, I really like those first shoes and I know someone posted a pair that was probably by the same brand in a recent post (that I cannot for the life of me remember), but the other pair didn't have the cross over things.  Anyways, I think the other pair was even cuter and might be better with that dress.  I'll let you know if I find them.

theotherjess- do you mean the ninewest ones in my original post?  haha, i just bought them, i will hopefully have some time to upload pics and ask opinions because i'm not sure how i feel about them- pointier than i'm used to and a little toe cleavage.

I have no idea where they were from.  I just remember looking at them and thinking, "Man, that is a darn nice pair of shoes!" But I don't really have purpose for heels so I just stop myself from looking at them .
