I got this one from ON:

$4.97 at ON right now - but you'd have to get it in-store because they only have larger sizes left.

I sized up so it sits low on my hips (I got a 6 and normally wear a 2 or so at ON, a 4 would have also worked but they didn't have one) - I plan on wearing it with d'Orsay pumps when the occasion arises . I got it in pink.
