I just the definite word today that my company does indeed want the GIS department all out at corporate offices in Indy, so I will be moving!  I'm so happy to finally get out of this town, I can't stand it (It's a very nice place, but not for me).


They will be paying for moving expenses as well as a nice 4-digit dollar amount of a bonus.  Just need to negotiate when, since I really can't/don't want to move until about next June-ish.  I don't think that will be a problem though.


I'm so excited!! I was born, raised, and still live in the same town, so this is a big thing for me.


Yippee!!

and on a side note, indy is a really, REALLY cool city. i was suprised by it when i visited there last summer.

Thanks guys!   I'm so excited to finally be in a bigger city, since I don't feel that I was ever meant to live in a smaller town.


And of course, I'll have better shopping in Indy too
