Help!!  This weekend the San Francisco Salsa Congress is in town, and on Saturday everyone's supposed to get super dressed up in a sexy, salsa way.  The problem is, I don't have any dresses.  I guess I could go the pants and top route, but I don't even have an appropriate top.  Can you girls please give me suggestions?  Just keep in mind I need ease of movement, a skirt that won't fly up when I spin, and it gets really hot and sweaty.  And it will have to be from a B&M store, cause I won't have time to ship.  Thank you so much!!!

I have this dress that FP posted and it is really comforting and flattering.  It wouldn't fly up because it has this extra layer in the skirt to make it sort of balloon at the bottom.
