I have been wearing a jersey I used to wear when I was little lately, it has 3/4 sleeves though so this might not work for you. I have a grey hoodie that is made of some sort of super thin knit material, and has cuff thingies. So I wear that under the jersey with the hood out, and the sleeves bunched up so the cuff thingies are visible. Then I just wear jeans with it.

lol, tara.  i don't know how to make that look cute, unless you maybe wear a miniskirt and tights with it.  a big old jersey is sort of the antithesis of cute.  maybe some kind of striped long-sleeve t-shirt underneath...?
