I tried paying my bill online last month and evidently I punched a number in wrong and they charge you $25.00 for doing that!
I got a letter that said my bank had returned my check and I needed to pay a check handling fee of $25.00. Well since a) I knew I had more than sufficient funds in my checking account and b) I had attempted to pay online last month, I thought that was all a little strange. So I call the local office and speak with a guy who says "we didn't get no money from you last month" and I needed to pay the fee cause I must have punched in a number wrong. I ask for his manager, who is extremely rude and chastises me for "just wanting the fee waived" when really I didn't understand why I was paying a check handling fee and I didn't even write a check.
So I asked for her manager, was told, "I am the manager". I said, "You manage this whole division of Sprint?" She said "well I manage this department". GRRR. I asked again for her manager. "He's not here today". I ask for his name. "I don't give that out." WTF??? I am so mad at myself for not asking her name because she hands me over to another lady who turns out to be. . .her supervisor! What an effing liar!
Anyway, that lady was nice, but I definitely went online to file a complaint about the misleading letter and the stupid fee. So just a warning--double check your numbers. . .
