that is insane!! he/she made almost 10 times the price. i wonder if the person is really going to follow through with that sale. i feel like the buyer is going to wake up tomorrow and realize how incredibly stupid they were.

Wow! Those prices are almost as high as SM's designer line, no? I almost wish they'd limited the number of items -- i.e. 1 or 2 /person so people wouldn't do this.

i agree. at first i was like, let the market work, but that is crazy.  i was trying to research the auction to see if the seller just charged $610 or if something else happened.

I wonder if the seller will actually get paid. The winner only has 1 feedback and if you look at the history only two of the people involved in the bidding war have more than 1 transactions in their history.

I like that tulip skirt.  I BIN'ed some things too - when stuff first was listed (before the prices would go up to what they're going up to) I figured I could bite the bullet and pay a little extra early on before demand/prices went too high... I'm glad my prediction was correct - although things are going a lot higher than I anticipated...

Halleybird - yeah, you could buy a sweater from her high-end line for $600. That price for the H&M sweater is ridiculous. Good lord.
