i have been searching for about a month !! 


they were in the october issue of shop ect.  KORS by m. kors.  $129.00.  congac suede with a silver heel and a little silver platform.  in the magazine, it stated that they would be sold at macys & nordstrom and listed 2 phone numbers.  i have called them both and they said they do not and will not carry them, it was the magazines mistake.  i emailed shopects personal shopper and they said that both macys and nordstrom will carry the shoe.  i have looked everywhere KORS shoes are carried online.  shopbop, NM, nordstrom, macys, blah blah blah.  zappos.com stated that they will be receiving 11 new styles in Nov.  but when i called they weren't going to be getting the ones i was looing for.


sorry for the rant, but i'm desperate.  has anyone seen them or know what i'm talking about?


update:


so i got the shoes last night.   they are beautiful.  they are super high, but that's okay.  well worth the 20 phone calls.  they are TTS, so ayo and joceybaby i think you can order your size and be fine.  i'm so happy with them.  i will take a picture as soon as i find the perfect outfit.  these shoes deserve to be posted here.  so they will be worn in my thread style debut.

I have been searching too. I think I want them just as much as you do! Beyond checking every website imaginable (with no success).. I do not know what else to try. I didnt go as far to call Shop Etc.. but I did try Macys and Nordies.. still no luck!


Does Michael Kors have a direct customer service line we could try?

I think the Michael line is a licensed product so regular Michael Kors doesn't have that much to do with it... I think.

I would definitely call them and ask. I would call at an off time though (like 10am or 3pm) because like all Macy's... the customer service isn't so great.

i just called and they hung up on me.  i also just called the atlanta lennox square mall and they left me on hold.  jerks.

oh man, i'm sorry but that made me laugh out loud. i go to the herald square macys all the time and i cant imagine that most of the employees would bother with a phone request but it was worth a shot!

In all my years, I have NEVER gotten an answer from someone when calling Macys. I always get hung up on or it just rings and rings and noone ever is there to help.


So frustrating!


Would anyone be willing to go that Macys and pick up a pair or two for Tara and I? I think I speak for her too when I say, "we'll do anything!" :)

I think it sucks that a store with such obviously horrible CS is still in business. Don't they realize that they should treat customers with respect, seeing as they only exist to serve their customers in the first place?

i know... i'm sorry that i saw those beautiful shoes in the worst customer service store on the planet.

as for the colors - i think there was this rich, metallic-y mahagony color and then a tanish brown with gold. now that i think about it might have only been two colors. the ones from shop etc were definitely at macy's though.

i finally got them.  after calling 9 (yes, 9) macys stores and being put on hold & ignored, hung up on, or my call not answered; i called CS at macys.com to complain.  at this point i wanted to say the F word several times but restrained myself.  the CS girl at macys.com actually called the store on 34th, and after also getting hung up on, the shoes were found and are being sent to me. 


geez.  what a pain !!  but i will (hopefully) have the shoes.

oooh!! thanks for the review. How high are we talking? 4 inches? 3.5? Also what color did you get? The same color that was in Shop Etc?

same color as in shop ect.  congac is the name.  and the heel seems about 4.5 inches PLUS the platform !!
