my pearls from overstock came last night. OMG. I am so impressed! They are gorgeous.

size: perfect. Mine are 7.5-8mm and they are just gorgeous. They are very closely matched too. Probably the perfect size- not too small and dinky, but not gaudy either.

shape: amazing. they are almost perfectly round.

surface: great. all pearls have a few scratches and nicks. These have very few. I'd give them a 4 out of five on this, easily. (and I am probably underrating them)

luster: beautiful. just beautiful.

value: I ended up paying about $200 using discounts and rebates. I would have paid more. These are easily worth $1,000+. I haven't seen pearls this nice outside of a store at least as nice as Tiffany's. Definately better than you'd find someplace like Zales.
