Can someone look at an e-mail that I drafted to my boss regarding some issues with finding desk coverage at work?  No one here ever wants to do it and I get in trouble for it (which is ridiculous).   And then I end up not being able to take lunch or have off ever.  I just want someone to look at the e-mail and let me know what you think. Thanks.
