Hand cream with SPF

I'm looking for a great hand cream with SPF in it.  I have thin skin on my bony little hands and I want to start using SPF every day to keep them from wrinkling prematurely.  I know I could just use sunscreeen but I'd rather use something that's designed specifically for hands and that is anti-aging, etc.  Any ideas?  TIA!

There is a small section in December's Lucky that features hand creams with SPF/antiaging benefits. I read it last night, but of course I can't remember the product names. If you'd like, I can flip through it tonight and tell you the kinds they recommended.

I bought Lubriderm's hand lotion with spf 15 and it's pretty smooth and smells good. I keep it in my car and put it on when I'm driving. (No sense in having old lady hands!!)
