How does SM sizing run in his shoes?  I usually wear an 8.5 in shoes, but I wear an 8 in Nine West and an 8 in Kenneth Cole Reaction if that helps.  TIA.  I am currently obsessing over these shoes.  Also, how would I wear them--with crop pants? aline skirts?

I think Steve Madden always runs big. I always size down at least 1/2 a size. For these shoes, I went to Zappos because there are reviews posted. One reviewer thought it ran true to size, the other said it was big. So I guess it's your call...

I bought those in gold ... and then returned them.

I wear an 8.5 usually and that size fit me fine.

What I didn't like was that you could see my toes through the openings in the leather. I thought it looked weird.

Other than that, they were fine.
