U probably have some kind of knot there, it usually comes from stress.  When it really hit you, you would feel it and possibly spasm on you.  I have same thing and it is in same place as yours. It doesn't really necessarily come from heavy bags. It can be for various reasons, aka lifting, exercising, sitting lazily, etc.. Heat pad and a massage would help.

I'm actually having the same problem right now. I carry a lot of stuff each day and I'm thinking it's the same thing. I noticed it feels worse first thing in the morning and when I try to sleep (I sleep on my side). I've been doing some yoga stretches and stuff in the morning and at night and I've noticed that's loosened it up a bit.

I think it is def possible to have pain from hauling around big bags.. I have 3 Marc Jacobs bags which are notorious for being heavy.. Usually, on a normal day I am okay.. But if I am running around the mall, I am soo sore and tired after a good 4-5 hours of shopping!

Exercise, stretching and a massage from DH will help you!
