If it's velveteen - probably a pencil skirt. Definitely see it as a skirt, it's in style lately - bright prints, interesting ornaments in pencil skirts. I'd probably pair it with black jacket, not red.

That would make a pretty skirt. I agree with Yanna on the black jacket, and I'd add a pretty red silk clutch or something. A pair of red lips might be all the additional red you need! :)

I also think it'd make a pretty pencil skirt. I'd steer clear of a red jacket with it though. I like the idea of black. You really want the skirt to be the focal point of the outfit. A black cardi with a silky cami in a silver grey could be pretty.

Hi...Yes ofcourse, if you get good looking skirts that are made in the colours of green, orange and black it definetly suitable with red velvet jacket.
