I'm sure most youy ladies read this in your Daily Candy for the day but I though I'd post this here:

Stellar Style at H&M

Stella McCartney!

Being a sale super-sleuth can be exhausting.

Constant flyer monitoring, keeping track of shipment arrival dates, and covert meetings with salesgirls across the city can run you down. But it’s aaaaall worth it when you score that Stella McCartney blazer and fab drainpipe jeans.

If only Stella McCartney would design an exclusive line for H&M. Then you could stop wringing your hands.

Good news, Suzie Shopper. Tomorrow’s your day: The highly anticipated Stella McCartney for H&M collection launches worldwide on November 10.

Drawing inspiration from the favorites of her previous collections, McCartney has put together 40 items for fall that all bear her unmistakable signature (soft feminine styling with fine masculine tailoring). Sharp suits, oversize sweaters, cool tops and tees, ladylike evening wear, and, of course, skinny jeans with stylish details are now available at wallet-friendly prices.

Judging from the frenzy created by the Karl Lagerfeld collection for H&M, you may want to get there early.

But you don’t need anyone to tell you that.

You’re alarm clock is already set.

Click here to preview the collection. Stella McCartney for H&M will be available at the following locations:

640 Fifth Avenue, at 51st Street, NYC
731 Lexington Avenue, at 59th Street, NYC
435 Seventh Avenue, at 34th Street, NYC
1328 Broadway, at 34th Street, NYC
558 Broadway- Soho, NYC

350 Washington Avenue, Boston
150 Powell Street, San Francisco (November 19)
150 Post Street, San Francisco (November 19

I can't find it online, but there is the most gorgeous aqua dress in the December marie Claire (pg 88 or 90, not sure how they count adverts). $99.90 - did anyone else see it? ***wishing for a dallas H&M ***

OMG I am soooOooo jealous! Everything is gorgeous. I like it better than the Lagerfeld collection. I guess I will have to wait for them to show up on ebay for like twice the price.

i went to the fifth avenue store last night and they had a lot of stuff on display (not for sale yet though). it was great because i could really touch the clothes and sniff out the quality.

the sweater... is to-die-for. i don't know how well you can see it in the photo, but the zipper has a little disco ball on it. i wasn't so impressed with the fabric of the skinny trousers but the jeans looked decent.

i was really blown away by the tailoring of the wool coat. definitely looks expensive.

i'll be there tomorrow.

That dress is the main reason I am going!!  I it!  I hope it looks good on.

And Detroit, PM me with the details on the sweater you want.  I seriously am taking the morning off tomorrow and would be happy to get it and send it to you!

I just wanted to say:  I'm so FREAKING EXCITED that H&M is FINALLY opening in San Francisco.  Hallelujah!  I've been waiting 7 years for this, ever since my first visit in Sweden!

i would probably say no. i don't think they have a shipping service and they don't have great/if any customer service.

no phone orders--i've tried it before.  and i saw it explicitly stated somewhere on their website as well.  you can return stuff by mail that you've bought in the store if you live out of town, though--my friend has done that.
