This PL Purse - on sale for $12.99

Since handbags is NOT a big issue to me, what do you think about this one? I saw it at PL when I was there this past Saturday, thought it was pretty cute, except it didn't have that bow thing on it (LOL), and it had two side pockets (this one doesn't), and I really DO need a new purse. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll spend NO MORE than $30.00, so feel free to post any you like as well! THANKS!

I really like all of them, but I carry quite a bit of stuff, so.......I guess I could eliminate some things, but then I'd feel LOST w/out them there! LOL Maddie-I guess I'm looking at the wrong Target, b/c I can't seem to find any there! LOL Oh wait, I did see a cute one, for maybe $15.00, and didn't buy it. Damn! LOL
