Present for your favorite groovy aunt?
Permalink Closed

I'm going out to LA next week to visit my favorite aunt and my cousin. She is 60 but very cool.

For her birthday, I bought her two Pucci silk scarves and she flipped. She considers herself very mod, still.

Anyway, I want to bring her something.. would like to spend less than $100-150. I am going to bring her some teas for a teapot I bought her a year ago but I want to bring her something nice.

She doesn't really like sweets, love fashion.

Any suggestions?

TIA

How about a soft/cashmere wrap like the BCBG one everyone's been raving about?

Lynnie pointed out this one to me from Anthro.  It would probably be great for SoCal because it's cotton jersey.

Your aunt needs one! It works in SoCal because it does get colder during the nights (can go down to 40s) plus anyone who's lived in Cali long enough thinks 60 is really cold.

anyway, i wanted to ask if you thought that cashmere was too warm for southern california. i saw one that was nice but i wondered if you really needed a sweater, sweater in so. cal.
