I was bad last night...I already broke one of my own rules...I sat on my butt and watched tv instead of exercising during the show. On the plus side, I did a quick run around our apartment complex...so maybe that counteracts the laziness? Tonight we have Bible Study...I'm thinking of seeing if the rest of the gals there want to walk briskly around the block after dinner... __________________ ...High expecations are such trouble-makers... http://www.confessionsofthecaffeinated.blogspot.com

Ok I hate to join you because I was really bad last night & today, I didn't get up in the AM to go to the gym, cuz our baby is sick & kept us up late last night & I over slept.
