B: 1/2 cup dry cinnamon harvest kashi (this stuff is sooo good!)


L: PB on light bread, a graham cracker, a spoonful of warm yogurt that promptly got thrown out...


D: whatever FH makes.


E: none, I have class after work tonight. 3 more weeks and I am done forever!

l: turkey sandwich on rye, scoop of chocolate mint ice cream


s: banana


d: 3 smallish pieces of margherita pizza, green salad, glass of red wine


e: 30 mins running, 15 min walk after dinner

L:  Tomatoe soup, Saffron Linguine w/ Prawns, cheesecake (a bit extravagant, but it was a late birthday lunch)


D:  Grilled chicken and small ceasar salad


E:  Walk 6 miles.

Hey Yall!  I did pretty well today with Weight Watchers and about to go exercise.


B: lite bagel with whipped cream cheese (4 pts)


L: chick parm lean pocket and large pear (7pts)


S: animal crackers (3 pts)


D: peas (0pts), sasauge and broc & cheese rice (7pts)


E: walking on the treadmill for 35-40 mins (2 pts earned)

B:  Lean Pockets...they were GROSS.  I do not recommend them.  I had high hopes for them too because I am bad food junkie


L:  Leftover broiled chicken breast, baked potato, and veggies


D:  Healthy Choice Meal


E:  1 hour session with trainer.

B: One piece natural ovens toast with Smart Butter and artichoke frittata

S: 4 Fun Size Take 5!

L/S: Light yogurt and an apple

D: Vegan Riblet on bun with tater tots and two beers

E: One hour weights and one hour step
