I have a party to go to on Friday and I'm not sure what to wear.  It's not dressy or anything, so I don't want to dress up too much, but I don't want to look like a slob. What do we think of this idea?



  • Jeans

  • Plum dolman style sweater--it has a really open weave and a wide, cowl neck and a slight sparkle to it--layered over a long white or grey beater

Not sure what shoes and accessories yet. I'll decide that later, but does the outfit sound okay?

I think it sounds great! I love the idea of the grey beater underneath! Then go with some silver toned jewelry/accessories.

Yeah, I was thinking of a light grey beater and then a wide silver woven belt. I have to make some jewelry, I think. I'll do that later.
