i like em both.  i don't own a velvet top- i love velvet but usually don't like the styles of things made from it.  I want something pretty to wear during the holidays or even out at night.

I really like both of them a lot but I guess I like the burgundy one best. That is a beautiful top!

I like the burgundy, but I love all things burgundy so I'm biased. I guess it would really depend on which color looked nicer against your skintone.

What color is your hair and are your eyes?  I would think that the green would look really really pretty on someone with blonde hair/blue eyes and the burgundy would look really pretty on a brunette.

NCshopper- I have medium/dark brown hair and pale blue/grey eyes.  I hopefully am going to try them on so I can see which looks better, but I really think they'll both look equally (hopefully) good, since I think they are both pretty easy colors to wear.  Right now I'm just racking my brain for shoe/pant/skirt choices trying to decide which would look better...

I vote teal.  I think the teal would contrast with your hair better and help bring out your eyes.

fyi.. the second top is definitely teal in person..  not green...
