E:  1/2 hour on treadmill


B:  Redbull 


L:  Lettuce Wraps & Edamame from Pei Wei that I didn't have for dinner last night


S:  Edamame


D:  Tator Tot Casserole, some wine (OC's back on - so my friend is coming over & I'm making dinner)


I don't think I'll be getting any exercise tonight!

FH was cranky last night, so we didn't go for a walk and he ended up ordering a pizza for dinner because he didn't want leftover chili .


B:  Coffee, yogurt


L:  2 pieces of leftover pizza


S:  Frozen grapes, peppermint tea


D:  Barbecued chicken, brown rice, green beans


E:  I highly doubt it.  Unless you count typing and walking around Target as excercise .

i've already gotten a bad start....


b: autumn wheat kashi, strawberries, FF silk


s: 2 pay days and a bag of sugar babies


l: turkey sandwich on oat nut break, FF yogurt


s: small green apple


d: turkey burger on WW bun, maybe some light ice cream


e: none, OC is back!!  i need to create a routine though because i haven't worked out in ages!  btw, i had hamburger helper for dinner last night... didn't end up going out w/ JB after class.

L: PB on light bread (3 points), FF pudding (2)


D: stufed chicken breasts (6), green beans (0), asparagus soup (3)


S: light eggnog (3) and homemade cookies (4)


E: 1 hour yoga class

E:  maybe a pilates DVD


B:  baked sweet potato (out of milk for cereal)


S:  a few walnuts and a few slices of bell pepper


L:  chicken salad with granny smith apples and walnuts over baby spinach and a big sugar cookie to make my somewhat healthy lunch, unhealthy


S:  orange


D:  going out to eat so probably won't be healthy

B: Egg Beaters with reduced fat cheese, two Morningstar Farms sausage links and two pieces of toast spread with Smart Balance Light "butter"

S: small apple

L: Spicy tuna maki/sushi and 10 almonds

S: Three Sugar Free Mini Reese's PB cups

D: Grilled chicken Caesar salad from McDonald's

E: One-hour tennis lesson followed by one hour weightlifting class

B:  Eggbeaters and turkey bacon


S:  Luna bar


L:  Grilled Chicken Wrap


S:  Sugar Free Jello


D:  Turkey meatballs and whole wheat spaghetti w/ lowfat sauce


E:  1.5 hours on stairmaster, alternating 20 minutes really fast with 20 minutes slow.
