what do you own (or hope to get by the end of december)?  which TV shows/seasons do you want to get?


these things can get so expensive that i have to see them as semi-long term investments... i'm wondering which shows that everyone's willing to shell out for


mine are SATC (in their uncut, non-TBS glory!!), the west wing, band of brothers and blackadder (a hilarious bbc comedy starring rowan atkinson in his pre-mr.bean days. he's such a cynical bastard, and i can't help but love him).

Friends!  I have every season except for 10, which I'll hopefully get for Christmas .  There's about 10 minutes of un-aired footage per episode, and ones that the creators do commentary on.  I watch them over and over again .


I really want to get SATC, but I think I might just rent them instead.  I never got to see the HBO version ... .

Nope - they don't make it on dvd.  It has something to do w/the music rights and the amount of money it would cost to release them all because of all the music...I want it too!

  • Curb Your Enthusiasm

I watch SATC & Felicity religiously!!

We own the first three seasons of Seinfeld (we're obsessed!) and I'm going to get the fourth season soon.

me too, I keep wishing someone would pick that show up in syndication.


SATC is a good one, I don't have it, my friend does and it's an easy one to pop in when there is nothing good on tv.


I have Seinfeld 1-3, I actually don't watch it a lot because it comes on every day and again at night after the 10 o'clock news, so does Friends.


Oh and I haven't had HBO, Showtime or any other movie channels since SATC went off the air, so I would really like Six Feet Under, The L Word, Entourage, Deadwood and plenty of other ones that I know were good but I never got to watch all the way through.

I really want SATC, The Complete Collection. My BF has already said "I'll pretend I never heard that". We also want to get Entourage, since we don't have HBO.


Here's where it gets embarrassing...we buy more DVDs of cartoons.

we own all of the buffy and angel dvds. i'd like to get quantum leap, but i am annoyed that they apparently didn't buy the music rights for the episodes. maybe my so-called life, as well.
