Capsule vs. Tablet

Is there even a difference on the effectiveness?

My coworkers (again) are into a new vitamin craze, one takes a capsule (105mg) and the other takes tablets (105mg) broken down to 3xs a day.  One argues the capsule is more effective and the other argues that the tablet is more effective.  However, I noticed the one that takes the capsule has been sticking to her vitamin regimen more and noticed results on her skin & body.

These are interesting questions..

I think Tablets and Capsules are ultimately the same.

The capsules is vitamins, nutrients inside a simple shell. The tablet has all of these things integrated in and packaged differently.

I have always thought that capsules work FASTER than tablets, because the shell of the capsule pretty much disappears as soon as you swallow it.

Again, not a scientific answer, just thoughts!
