Anyone use Murad?

I had a sample of murad ?skin perfecting? lotion and finally used it today.  Anyone have some positives or negatives to share about this brand?  I currently use Origins for all my face cleansing/moisturizing products.

ok, i have used murad - the acne regimen - and i LOVED it.  my skin was clear and beautiful all the time.

unfortunately i'm very very poor now.  my job may be glamourous but the pay is NOT!

so i use neutrogena and i can tell the difference

i miss murad :(

p.s. - i found out about it when it was recommended to me by an aesthetician at the Aveda salon i worked at!

I use the Murad Energizing Pomegranate Cleanser and I love it! They have a new Energizing Pomegranate Lipbalm SPF15 that i'm contemplating right now.

LOVE it. i use the energizing pomegranete cleaner with the acne toner, and then a bobbi brown moisturizer but i am going to try to switch when i am out... and, in my opinion, my skin has been looking great lately... definitely better than with derm. stuff, cetaphil, or mario badescu. even the bobbi brown makeup artist at nordstroms said if i wanted anything with acne fighting power, murad was the way to go..

Leah_leanna.... check out the bath and body works spa at easton or CO Bigelow.. both carry the line and both offer a 100% return policy and will make you samples...

it is more expensive than drug store stuff for sure, but i think my soap and toner were bother like 15-20? and i think ill get about 5-6 months out of them...

i've never tried origins face stuff, so can't compare- but their lip remedy and lip stuff in the tub are amazing!

I personally didn't care for the Murad regimen. My skin doesn't react to salicylic acid so it didn't work that well for me. However, the products were clearly of decent quality.

Personally, my skin didn't like Murad too much. The products were just too strong for my skin, and I found that it irratated it a little too much. But on the other hand, I know people who swear by the stuff. I like their body washes, it they're great if you have backne or any other breakouts other than your face. The quality seems great, so I think they're worth the price...just not the right thing for me I guess.

Thanks all...I think I might invest in the lotion.  I'm afraid to try the cleansers though...I'm apparently allergic to salicylic acid...it can peel my cuticles back an inch and always cause mini breakouts....ick!
