STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

My BFF is getting married on Saturday. I am a BM and obviously am participating in the rehearsal dinner on Friday night. We are practicing at a Catholic Church and then going to the groom's family's Italian Restuarant for dinner and drinks.

It is cold here now, especially at night. (I am in PA.)

The bride doesn't have an outfit yet, but tells me she will end up in a skirt and a girly, cute sweater. (kinda casual, just a little dressy)

What should I wear? I was thinking pants?? maybe black with a great cardi and blazer or something? Would that be okay? I know this is her weekend and I want her to shine, so sequins or anything attention-drawing is not good. Can you girls come up with some good ideas? TIA!
