These boots?

What do you ladies think?  I've been searching high and low for the perfect pair of brown boots that can be kinda dressed up or down.

I tried them on instore..but I needed a smaller size and they didn't have it.   So I just ordered them online.  I really like them and was just wondering what anyone else thought.  The crazy thing is...instore they are $129 and that's how much I ordered them online for...but about 15 minutes after I ordered..the price shot up to $150!!!  Crazy!!
