I found this Grail shirt at a local boutique the other day and fell in love with it.

i just can't get over the price tag for some reason.  its $99 at the boutique.  its actually a thermal which makes me love it even more... i just think it would be sweet to rock this fall/winter...

those of you with grail items- is it worth it?  will i get the wear out of it?

i think it depends on your taste. i went through a grail phase (i really wanted one) but then i realized that it wouldn't really work with my overall style (i tend to wear a lot of solids) so i passed. if you could work it, it's a great price. it would probably look really cool under a suit jacket.

Although I have been drawn to their merchandise lately, $99 is WAY TO MUCH to pay for a t-shirt. Sorry for the boldness of my letters, but someone said a while ago that their is Grail at Loehmann's and also there are many knock offs. I am all for shelling out the big bucks for something really unique and special, but not this time. Sorry. I hope this doesn't come off as rude, b/c I really don't mean it to be that way.

could you bid on that one on eBay?  Or wait for a discount code to a store that sells Grail?  We all have our limits- mine would probably be $70 (which is still pushing it.)

I know that alot of people think that Grail is overpriced and definitely not worth the money, but I love their stuff. I'd rather pay $100 for a tee that I absolutely love than buy 4 $25 ones, which probably wouldn't get as much wear combined as one Grail tee. I have to wear a uniform to work so most of my clothes are very casual and lately I've been wearing a Grail tee or hoodie about three days out of any given week. Based on this, I think you'll get the wear out of it, but I know that everyone's personal style/wardrobe needs are different. If it fits your style and you think you'll wear it alot, you should get it.

Also, it's already reasonably priced, but you might want to see if you can find that style somewhere that has a code. I buy most of my stuff from Revolve when there's a coupon.

thanks everyone for your honest feedback (Chic- i don't think you came off as rude, just honest!)

i am going to wait and think about it some more.  if i can't stop thinking about the shirt, then i might try ebay or a online e-tailer with a coupon code.

thanks again!

Get it, I just bought a grail shirt at Loehmans for $40 and I haven't worn it yet, but I will soon.
