Need A QUICK Costume....
Permalink Closed

We'll be headed the the races tomorrow.  My husband drag races as a hobby!! (Just a good excuse to spend LOTS of money on a racecar) There having a big Halloween Party.  Outdoors of course and I need something cute and WARM to wear.  Please give me some ideas.  I'll have to be able to get it together this afternoon.

I just went to a Halloween party and one of my friends was a "substitute teacher". She just wore a twin set and skirt (work clothes) then she had a little sign pinned on her sweater that said "Your teacher is out sick today.". She had paper clips and broken pencils clipped all over her clothes. Her hair was pulled back but sort of a mess with a paper airplane caught in it and she had a "kick me" sign on her back. I thought it was a really cute and easy costume.

One other idea, be a "cute" witch...wear a black sweater, black skirt, black high boots and just buy orange tights and a witch hat. Someone was wearing this costume at the same party and I thought it looked really cute.

Cute Ideas!

I'm thinking a mechanic would be good for the location.  After all, most the guys there are mechanics.  Just not sure how to pull it together.

A friend of mine found a pink jumpsuit at a thrift store one year so she was mechanic barbie. If you dont have something like that, maybe make a regular mechanic's outfit "girlie/barbieish" by wearing a sequiny belt around it, pumps, big earrings, and other fun accessories.
