i have ordered from them twice recently.  The first time i ordered the item, it was in the regular priced section, but was on sale.  i called to see if i could get the extra 25% off that they were offering on items in the sale section on that item even though it wasn't in the sale section.  they gave me the 25% off. 


i just checked the skirt that i ordered last night and it's now $20 cheaper.  so i called to see if they do price adjustments.  they do....  so they just credited $20 to my card.


$39.99 now. 


i guess that i replaced anthropologie (since they were awful with helping me order things) with j.crew.

i love j.crews CS too.  and that skirt is perfect with everything.  i have worn it several times in the past month that i have had it.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about J. Crew. I didn't know about the 25% off discount when I ordered my Madyson boots from them at first. But then I read the Weekend Shopping post and found out that shopgirl82 was able to get the 25% off on the ones she ordered. I told them the same thing shopgirl82 told CS and they gave me the same 25% off my boots, even though when I called the sale wasn't even on anymore.


Plus those boots came FAST. I ordered them Saturday night, got a price adjustment on Monday morning, and the boots were in my hands on Wednesday night!


How dare you girls tell me that skirt's even more on sale! So cute but do I even need another denim skirt when I can only wear them twice a week?

i too am a big fan of j.crew's cs. they gave me a coupon for free shipping when an item was backordered. and they found my sweater for me in navy, even though it wasn't on the website.
