I picked up the bertolli frozen spinach and ricotta ravioli - bertolli is that olive oil brand - anyway it's super easy - you just open the bag and throw everything into a pan - cover and cook for ten min - and you are done! diced tomatos, bertolli olive oil (mmm!) garlic, and light tomato sauce - it was freaking delicious! i also threw in a mini can of baby peas about halfway through (i try to cram in green veggies wherever i can)
omg
i don't know why i did this - pretty much b/c the peas were on super sale - but i don't even like peas and this was DELICIOUS!
anyway, it was a super easy meal, fed me and my brother for about $3.00 each. (with a little bit leftover!)
I also have gotten these on occasion. I usually keep 1 or 2 frozen-bag meals in the back of the freezer for those days when the last thing in the world that I want to do is cook. I've been pleased with the results so far...
all their recipes are good, one thing though, it's supposed to be dinner for two, but it makes for pretty small portions if you are like me and are too lazy to make side dishes.

This sounds good, I'll have to check it out. One of my favorite meals which is very similar and surprisingly low fat is the Gnocchi a la Sorentina from Trader Joes. If you have a TJs accessible--I would highly recommend this. Same concept, you just throw it frozen on the skillet with a TBS of water (you don't even need olive oil so that saves calories) for 7 minutes. Very easy and delicious!!
