I'll do outfit #2 w/ the belt tied over the jacket.  I'll wear the pearls and diamond studs.  I wasn't digging any of the danglies.

I like the top/pants/jacket combo, and agree with Detroit that silver earrings would be better with the black/gray if you decide to do earrings instead of the pearls.

I really don't have much in the way of black this year.  I'm on a brown kick, so just that I have black in my closet is amazing!
